ABC (Ammanford Bible Church) is based in Ammanford, South Wales, United Kingdom and is a contemporary church with attenders of a wide mix of ages, cultures and backgrounds.

The aim of ABC is to “change the way we live” by helping people discover God and then place Him at the centre of their lives. Our passion is to reach people in our community who don’t yet know God and help them find a relationship with Him. We have a deep passion to demonstrate the life changing power of Jesus Christ to those “we do life with” in South Wales.

If you’ve never visited us we’d love to meet you. ABC church is no ordinary church – come check us out!

ABC Ammanford 0 Glenwood 4

UCL South Wales Church League - Division One (Tuesday 17 March 2009)

ABC Ammanford 0 Glenwood 4

A good performance by ABC was not enough to derail the Division One title ambitions of Glenwood, Cardiff who displayed finishing of the highest quality to beat a competitive and skilful ABC.

Glenwood, aiming again for the league and couple double for the second successive year, are one of the leagues strongest ever outfits but they were made to fight all the way in this match by a terrier-like ABC. The differentiator between the teams though was the quality of Glenwoods finishing and their ablity to turn pressure into goals. As much possession as ABC had, and they had plenty and however well they played they were simply unable to deliver enough killer balls into the right area's and when they did couldn't convert those chances. Against a side as strong as Glenwood teams have to capitalise when they get the opportunity but on this occassion ABC failed to do so.

Glenwood scored three top class goals with three fantastic strikes on goal from outside the penalty area, goals of the quality that would deserve to win any match.

Still, ABC kept coming, kept playing good football but were simply undone by a superior team and one or two higher class individual players in key positions.
