Rest & Relaxation is vital for a healthy life. The bible starts by telling us that God created the heavens, the earth and everything in it and the rested. At ABC we really enjoy one anothers company and intentionally take time out to be with one another through many common interests we enjoy:

Over the year we organise several events for everyone to enjoy at different vanues and locations. The events have wide ranging appeal from young, old, outdoors, excercise, charity fundraising and more:

ABC Football
ABC has a very successful football team that play in the South Wales United Churches League. You do not have to attend ABC or any other church to play for ABC football. The only thing we ask is that you enjoy your football and want take park at a pace and level you enjoy. Some guys join us for a friendly knock around on Tuesday nights. Others, the more competitive types, play in the UCL on saturday mornings. read more.

ABC Netball
ABC Netball has been formed to keep us ladies fit & Healthy. Now with approximately 20 team members, we are always looking for new recruits. We are open to all ages (between 16 and 116) and practice every Monday night in winter the local Amman Valley Leisure Centre at Llandybie Primary School in the Summer. Crafting for Pleasure
Everybody’s doing it…  “What’s that?” you say. Making your own greeting cards I say! Why not come along and see what  we do and join us at ABC on Thursdays at 1 p.m. - 3 p.m.  Whether you are new to card crafting or an old hand, you will be very welcome. The cost is £2.00 per week and that allows you to make two cards. Most of the materials are included. For further information contact Pat Hannigan.
