Teamwork

Everything that has been accomplished at ABC since its birth in 1995 has been down to teamwork, it's a value that we will continue to hold and proclaim. Infact, we invite you to become part of the best team on earth - God's Team

In 1 Corinthians 12:27 ,the bible tells us that we as individuals are part of the body and have a part to play. To live a life of service to God through the local church is what New Testament christianity is all about.

Our church is part of "His Church" (Jesus that is) in a global context, churches all across the world are connecting with society where they are in proclaiming the life changing power of a Christ-Centered life.

In turn, we as a church in Ammanford, as part of that Global Team  are doing the same here in the Amman Valley. Our church is currently structured through a leadership team and departmental Teams.

Leadership Team
The Leadership Team is made up of the Pastors and Elders who lead and organise the church on a day to day basis. They are accountable to God and one another in their roles. We believe that God speaks by divine revelation to the leaders to direct the church and take us forward in our vision. Most of these leaders do so voluntarily.

Departmental Teams
Each Ministry Department (e.g. Children, Youth, Worship etc) is run by a team, all of which are volunteers and give of their time freely. In most cases, the team will have a leader who is accountable to the leadership. They help the leadership fulfill the vision of the church.
